This stud makes a real statement, featuring a tear cut 6mm x 4mm cubic zirconia gem with the option of clear, pink or green on a silver surgical steel stem.  This cartilage stud earring can be used for multiple piercings including, tragus, monroe, forward helix, standard and upper lobe as well as other piercings. This stud has the stones glued on and although it has been treated to help prevent stone loss, it does require delicate care, it is recommended not be worn to bed or in shower/bath, as snagging may cause stone loss
